    During the pre-period days : With EnaBela period panties, you can avoid wearing pads or pantyliner on pre-period days. Even if your periods start unexpectedly, EnaBela period panties gets you covered for a few hours. During medium or low flow Period Days: On days when the flow is medium or low, skip pads or tampons altogether and just use our Period Panties. Since these panties can easily soak up to 2 tampons' or 1 pad's worth of blood (approx. 10 ml.), you can wear them without worrying about leakage for about 4 to 8 hours depending on your flow. During Postpartum Discharge & For Incontinence: Wear these panties daily to cover your post pregnancy bleeding and discharges. They can be worn for about 8 to 10 hours depending on your comfort, flow and weather. They also have you covered for occasional mild incontinence caused during laughing, sneezing or coughing

    Yes, you can also use them on heavy flow days. However, you might have to change them sooner depending on your flow.

  • In case I change the panty outside of my home, how do I carry them back?"
    You can carry used panties in the poly zip pouch (provided as panty pack inside the box) or any other zip lock pouch / seal bags available in market.
  • Can I use Pads / Tampons / Panty Liners / Menstrual Cups with EnaBela Period Panties?
    You can definitely use tampons, pads, panty liners or cups with EnaBela Period Panties on your heavy flow days. However, as these panties are designed with 4 layers (moisture wicking and leak proof layers), wearing them alone moderate/low flow days will give you 4-8 hours of leakage/spotting free time as per your flow.
  • Can I use EnaBela Period Panties in Summers?
    Yes, you can use the panties in any season. The panties are enabled with breathable & anti-leak material, which will also cover you from sweating during summers. Further, our Nylon variant has out body made of Nylon, while inner layer is still breathable cotton, so they are completely alright during summers too!
  • Are the panties suitable for night time usage?
    Absolutely!! You can use the panties anytime of the day (or night) as needed. The leak proof layer will give 4-8 hours of dry, spot free and rash free nights!

    As with any other cotton product, the absorption is less until first wash.     It is a myth that perid blood is un-hygenic/dirty or it contains toxins. Biological fact is that Period blood is no less hygenic than any other human blood tissues. Unless someone is already infected with any blood-bourn disease, menstrual blood is not un-hygenic.Therefore hand washing the period panties is completely hygenic and sanitary.
