Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping will be free for all domestic orders above INR 599

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: www.enabela.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: www.enabela.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

We at Enabela Personal Care LLP maintain a No-Questions-Asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return products for 100% refund. Alternately, you can request for exchange in case of size issues with same product of different size. Return/exchange requests will be accepted only if initiated within 10 days of order delivery

Return/exchange will not be accepted if :
• Returnable item is used, washed or altered
• Returnable item is damaged / misused by the customer
• Returnable item does not have original packaging, price, labels, accessories or freebies is any

Cancellation
Orders placed on www.enabela.com could be cancelled only if the items are not yet shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled in case they are already shipped or delivered. In case of cancelled order, refunds will be processed as mentioned in the Refund Policy published here on the website
Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at www.enabela.com operated by EnaBela Personal Care LLP. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
